Educational Opportunity Scholarship

Educational Opportunity Scholarship A group of anonymous donors has established an Educational Opportunity Scholarship, which targets children from disadvantaged families in the Louisville area who are at risk of not completing high school or going to college.

This academic scholarship program begins funding children in preschool and continues through four years of college to include tuition at private elementary/high schools and at both state and private colleges.  Books, supplies, on-campus room and board, and necessary travel expenses are included.  A minimal contribution may be required by the family.  Volunteer time may be considered in lieu of a monetary contribution.

Candidates sought are children who are 2 or 3 years old from low income families in the Louisville Metro area. The parents/guardians family income must be within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Poverty Guidelines.

Applications are not currently being accepted.  Please check back in the future for information on how to apply.
